ON THE DAY COORDINATION WITH LUX AS
If you’ve worked tirelessly to plan your wedding to perfection but now need a professional to oversee it and ensure your hard work becomes a reality with perfect execution, our on the day coordination service is the ideal option for you!
Our team of wedding coordinators have years of experience in ensuring our couples special day will run smoothly. From liaising with vendors to creating airtight run sheets, we have you covered! Starting at dawn and staying onsite until the very end, we are right by your side to ensure you enjoy every single moment.
This bespoke service includes:
1-2 face to face meetings with your experienced wedding coordinator 4-8 weeks prior to your wedding date to discuss the layout of the day and how you expect everything to flow and visually look. For our full day package, a venue walk through is included.
Your wedding coordinator will take over to create your personalised run sheet and floor plans and with your approval send out to all vendors involved so we’re all working off the same run sheet and floor plan!
Time management and supervision on the day for your selected package. We will manage ALL vendors, venue staff, your coffee runs, bridal party emergencies… you name it, we’ve got you! We will move quickly to ensure that you have what you need on your big day!

STYLE & DESIGN WITH US
Our wedding planning package is perfect for couples who are looking for a professional to help plan their dream wedding from beginning to end! Let us bring your vision and dream to life… without all the stress!
We have an extensive range of highly reputable vendors that we have built close relationships with over the years that we would love to share with you. We can also source new vendors and venues to work perfectly with your needs and budget. From stationary, furniture hire, photographers, videographers, caterers, lighting or hair & makeup, we’ve got you covered!
Throughout your wedding planning process, you will have unlimited access to our professional team via phone and email. We will manage all your vendors which includes arranging meetings, tastings, mock ups, consultations as well as managing payment dates, organising payment plans or seeking discounts where applicable. We will create your personalised run sheet, keep count of your RSVPs and organise accommodation and transportation.
Lastly, we include your very own customised Styling Concept & Creation. We will dive into all the details at your consultation and design unlimited mood boards to ensure all vendors involved are across the vibe and aesthetics for your special day!
If you decide to utilise us for your hire items and wedding florals, we can reduce costs on additional delivery charges. We offer this exclusively to our couples to reduce the number of vendors, payments and help stay cost effective. There is no pressure to utilise our other services though, if you already have some amazing vendors in mind we will happily work together in making your dream wedding a reality!

WEDDING STYLING WITH LUX AS
Our exclusive styling package is perfect for couples who are needing a wedding stylist to execute their vision! It is designed to help you bring your Pinterest mood board into a breathtaking and cohesive design.
Your experienced Wedding Stylist will get to know you as a couple, your ideas, your visions, your must haves, your dislikes and overall theme. We’ll bring together your customised styling concept and creation through a visual mood board and mock up tablescape which captures the overall aesthetic of your wedding. Throughout your wedding styling process, you will have unlimited access to our professional team via phone and email.
All hire, floral and setup costs are additional and will be quoted based on your custom wedding concept. Dependent on the complexity and scale of the design.

We have a team of modern floral designers and creatives who live and breathe flowers. Let us create magic and memorable moments for you on your wedding day!
We design your floral installations to reflect you as a couple whilst ensuring the expectation is realistic and within floral limitations. We exclusively offer floristry to our couples which allows us to provide fresh and premium florals through the best wholesalers and growers.
Our floral designers will have a consultation to go through every single detail right down to quantities, size, flowers you like, flowers you dislike, colour palettes, silk ribbons and of course your overall aesthetic. We will create a visual mood board and customised quotation to capture your dream florals. This will include all logistics, labour and installation costs.
