CREATIVE DIRECTOR
With a dash of OCD, a sprinkle of perfectionism, and a whole lot of passion, Lauren is the heart and soul of LAWE. She's got an eye for detail that borders on superhuman and goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is nothing short of spectacular. Planning, styling, and floristry? That's her trifecta of talents, and she nails it every time.
When she's not creating dream weddings, Lauren is busy wrangling her two adorable young boys. (Yes, she's a real-life superhero!) With her natural flair for turning visions into reality, Lauren doesn't just plan weddings; she curates unforgettable experiences that will leave you in awe.

Sneha

Sneha is the calm in the chaos and the undisputed queen of bump outs. If a wedding wraps up seamlessly, efficiently and without a single guest realising how much work just happened behind the scenes, Sneha was involved. She runs the logistics on the day with precision and purpose, handling pack-downs like a pro and jumping in on bump-ins whenever needed. She’s organised, unshakeable and quietly brilliant at making sure everything ends exactly as it should.
Gen

As our On-the-Day Coordinator, she’s the person who ensures timelines run smoothly, couples and suppliers are supported and nothing falls through the cracks. She also works closely with the team as a styling assistant, helping bring each design to life and supports the logistics side with both bump-ins and bump-outs. Gen has an incredible ability to see the bigger picture while managing the smallest details, the kind of person you want in charge when it really matters.
Eva

Eva creates all things florals at Lux As and plays a huge role in bringing each couple’s vision to life. She works closely with Lauren to translate concepts, colour palettes and overall design direction into floral moments that feel intentional, cohesive and true to the brief. Eva has an incredible understanding of balance and scale, ensuring florals enhance the space rather than overwhelm it. She creates our floral installs with care and precision. Always aligned with the original vision and overall design.
Bridget

Bridget is our styling assistant and the ultimate guardian of the finer details. She’s hands-on with setups and is usually found perfecting candle placement, adjusting spacing and making sure everything looks just right on the wedding day. She’s also the mum of the group... literally. Being Lauren's mother, she’s very much part of the family, and that warmth, care and attention flows into everything she touches.
Jyson

Jyson is Lauren's husband and our behind-the-scenes powerhouse. He’s the repairs man, maintenance crew, heavy lifter and logistics support all rolled into one. If something needs fixing, carrying, adjusting or problem-solving, Jyson is on it. Usually with a joke or two along the way. He keeps things moving, keeps spirits high and ensures the physical side of our setups and pack-downs runs smoothly every single time.
Larissa

Larissa is our content creator and the one capturing the moments you don’t even realise are happening. She documents each wedding with a sharp eye for detail, movement and atmosphere. From the styling touches and florals through to the in-between moments that tell the full story of your special day. Larissa works seamlessly alongside our team and other suppliers, ensuring every detail is captured naturally, beautifully and with intention.
